Mike Ferletic – President / CEO

A seasoned life sciences consultant with over 13 years of experience working with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.  Prior to starting Enterey, Mike was a Senior Manager in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young’s Life Sciences consulting practice.  Mike has project management experience in Discovery, Research, Clinical, Manufacturing and Quality business functions.  He has specific expertise in the area of Quality Systems and process improvement, and has performed multiple Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) implementations in a variety of settings.

Mike has worked with industry leading clients such as Abbott Laboratories, Amgen, Bayer, Biogen Idec, Eli Lilly, Genentech, Merck, Wyeth, and Valeant Pharmaceuticals.  Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.

Kimberly Bennett – Director - Client Services

Kimberly Bennett brings over 20 years experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industries; including biopharmaceuticals, oncology diagnostic service providers, managed care organizations, and hospital medical centers. Prior to joining Enterey, Kim served as Vice President, Business Operations for US Labs responsible for Information Technology, Project Management and Billing Operations. As a member of the US Labs’ executive team, Kim was instrumental in US Labs success from a startup company to an eventual acquisition by Lab Corp. Kim has specific expertise in the areas of Product Technology Transfer, Quality Systems, Project Management, Systems Development and Management, Clinical Operations, Leadership and Organizational Development, Program Management Office Development, Business Process Improvement, and Startup Company Activities.

Kim provides a unique perspective through her extensive experiences with drug development and manufacturing, patient diagnostics and prognostics and ultimately patient care. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University.

Jim Anthony – Senior Manager

Life sciences consultant with more than 11 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior to joining Enterey, Jim was a Production Manager (5 years) and Sales Manager (5 years) at Tyco Healthcare, where he managed multiple projects including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO Certification, and MRP Systems Implementation. As an Enterey consultant, Jim is currently managing Regulatory Compliance and Strategic Planning projects at Genentech.  

Jim obtained a Master of Arts degree from Temple University and is APICS certified. His expertise includes Supply Chain Management, MRP, Cost Reduction Projects (Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing), Sales and Customer Service Management, and Quality Systems.

Carlo Odicino – Senior Manager

Carlo has over 7 years of experience and brings best practices from a wide variety of industries including medical device manufacturing, healthcare IT, biotechnology, aerospace, power generation and distribution, and construction.  Six Sigma Black Belt trained and experienced, Carlo has project management experience in Clinical, Manufacturing, and Quality.  He has specific expertise in the areas of GMP readiness, process mapping and improvement, change management, and business strategy analysis and development.

Carlo has worked with industry leaders such as Genentech, GE, and Tyco Healthcare.  He is currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Notre Dame Club of Orange County which has over 2000 members and a scholarship endowment of approximately $2 million.  Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame.
