Our consultants collaborate with your team to understand and align on current and future Polarion-enhanced business processes. To ensure optimal performance of Polarion, we will gather user requirements and translate them into technical optimizations.

Sprints will be scheduled for your team to pilot Polarion functionality and customizations, ensuring the continuity of business processes and that future-state business processes can be executed in the tool as expected. The roll-out of training and change management communications will also begin during this time.

Training will be coordinated to ensure a smooth transition from the current state to the future state. If the scheduling allows, we recommend rolling out the Polarion tool on a staggered schedule to allow for minimal disruption of activities, dedicated hypercare, and continuous improvement of the tool. 

All steps will be communicated to the impacted groups in a timeline allowing for adequate planning while ensuring enthusiasm is maintained throughout the period where the effort is most needed. Plans for the maintenance and enhancement of Polarion, as well as the process for managing requests, prioritization, and implementation of ongoing changes, will be executed by Enterey or handed off to designated IT professionals of your choice.
